hey...I'm raw newbie and I live in melbourne too and can't believe that in the food capital of Australia (arguably tee hee) there is nothing for raw foodies.  Would love to do a potluck with anyone!

Thanks MissBliss.  Oops...yes just reread my last post and it does sound a bit like I might be travelling around Australia, but am actually based in Melbourne.  Would love to visit the cafes and restaurants in NSW sometime soon, they sound awesome.   

Absolutely loving my raw journey so far (only a month so far but has already had a profound effect on my life) and am excited also about getting in touch with other members of the raw community in Australia.  Just found this great website today (yay rawpleasure.com.au!), and was wondering what other good websites there are that are more Aussie centred.  Also, are there actually any raw restaurants?  Am in Melbourne but haven't been able to find anything to my knowledge so far...if not, does anyone know of any potlucks around?  Thanks!!
