i'm guessing you're referring to the couple in sydney i think...hospital was trying to enforce vaxxing there newborn bub against hep B because the mum is a caririer for the disease. they're educated conscientious objectors who had to go on the run and hide from the authorities to keep the baby safe from being jabbed until it was settled in court. i donated money to the fund that the AVN set up to help them. The dad actually is on the committee or works for the AVN. bloody terrible what they had to go through...couldn't imagine having to go into hiding after giving birth. so glad they won the case or it would just open the flood gates for compulsory vaxxing here in oz...i mean it already exists with defence force staff, healthcare workers and who knows else...get jabbed or get fired!

MG is right...aeration is the key...mold wants moist, warmth to grow. I keep mine in a wire fruit bowl and they do realy well.

yep i too notice big differences in my son's health and behaviour/moods dependent on what he' s been eating. He' s so much calmer and happy on raw.

Hey Ayla,

Welcome Smiley It's Georgia here!

Remind me once Bhala's a bit older and I'm ready to be more organised again to make you a yummy raw food cake...apparently I'm quite good at them Smiley yummo!

My reasons are sanity, energy and health/pain free living after spending years quite unwell. And it's als what feels and seems right for me. THough I'm the first to admit (as you've been witness to) that I am still addicted to cooked food and recently have been indulging....much to my detriment mentally, emotionally and physically....and I'm sure spiritually too.

Even if you're not interested in going 100%, just making one meal a day raw (like a fruit salad or green smoothie for breakkie) will help boost your energy I reckon. You said  the other night that you had enjoyed them Smiley

See you soon xo
15  PleasureTalk - The Discussion Area / RAW Chat / Re: Cold Extremities on: Monday 26 May, 2008
try more exercise and keep well hydrated. and some people are more inclined to bee like this esp. if you naturally have low blood pressure. i'm exactly the same...my son always sweats easily and never feels the cold...and my newborn daughter seems to be like me...cold hands and feet Smiley
