My reasons are sanity, energy and health/pain free living after spending years quite unwell. And it's als what feels and seems right for me. THough I'm the first to admit (as you've been witness to) that I am still addicted to cooked food and recently have been indulging....much to my detriment mentally, emotionally and physically....and I'm sure spiritually too.
Even if you're not interested in going 100%, just making one meal a day raw (like a fruit salad or green smoothie for breakkie) will help boost your energy I reckon. You said the other night that you had enjoyed them
