Jen...I'm with you on The POwer of Now book...I couldn't be present in the moment enough to read it and would realise i'd read the same paragraph 10 times as my mind had wandered 

every time i ate custard apples when pregnant with Bhala, I would vom them back up about 1/2 hour later! i LOVE custard apples so kept trying and it happened EVERY time...about 10 times all up

well this is day 11 one day at a time. been all raw except a spread of homemade hommous on my raw crackers with avo yesterday evening for my birthday dinner. i'm feeling great...though i have a major detox/cleanout happening. ugly snot is erupting from me!!!!!!!!!!!

emotional freedom technique...a type of bodywork

well i've done a few more one day raw days...this is my 8th day in a row...i even got through the three day festival all raw. Yay! Am finding myself challenged today and think it may be from lack of calories because it was en emotional weekend and i didn't eat a lot and now my body's gone into a big snotty detox and i feel hungry but am not so interested in eating.. which is why the cooked food thoughts are coming in thick and fast this arvo. I think a blended rockmelon with some greens is on the menu!

Pinky...i can relate to the busy with kids thing...but i've realised that my health has to priority number one as without me they're in trouble and i want to make sure they get the best of me...not a sick, tired cooked substitute mum.

so i'm going to do another raw day today. Would love some company
