I'm committed to finding the answer to this question.
I'm a bit of a geek that is dedicated to exploring Human Potential through Raw Food Nutrition and Physical Fitness. I have undertaken a supervised 4 month 100% Raw Food Challenge to collect clinical data on the effects raw food has on my emotional, mental and physical health. I have two local Naturopaths doing weekly and monthly testing using live blood analysis and recording what they find as I venture further into the 100% Raw Zone! The results will be published in December with photographs and clinical diagnosis.
I've started a blog and a channel on YouTube (RawDownUnder) to have a video diary of the next 4 months for research purposes. Second, is to share very honestly how I'm managing to stay committed to my goal (fluctuations in energy levels and motivation included) along with recipes and inspiration for all my friends and family

Anyone who is also rawing it and wanting any advice or can offer me some tips and tricks (how do I stop craving cheese???) I'd love to hear from you
