options:

shave it off! lol!

seek out some one whom has hair you desire yet twice the age and ask them their secrets.

i dont think the asian village girls ive seen, whilst cycling asia have ever heard of pantene.

as we know, diet has a lot to do with hair.

im the only male in my family whom isnt showing baldness at age 29.

david wolfe recomends honey and lemon.

i have found that really clean water works just as well.

ha ha ha  cheesy  afro This guy may need to shave his head, though.
What do the Asian girls use?
So, shampoo with honey and lemon?

You are cycling Asia?  My husband cycled Asia.  He's also cycled in Muskat Oman (spelling?) in the Middle East.  All of these Arabs were watching him and thought it as strange.  cheesy

Thanks for the tips.  I think you are right. I probably don't need to use so much. I only wash it twice a week, or if I need to wash it, I just rinse it with water.  (It doesn't get tangly, but I would imagine if I didn't use conditioner in a while, it would get ratty.)
I use Nature's Gate.  I, also, do not color or perm my hair at all to keep it healthy, and it is pretty healthy and I haven't cut it in five years!
Thanks again!

I have hair down to my butt, and I always think I need shampoo and conditioner.  Is this true?  Will I be able to detangle my hair without it?

How do I wean myself from using shampoo and conditioner?

Thanks! Glad to be here. I like this recipe.  A lot of other burger recipes have so much stuff in it.  I like simpler recipes like this one.
