The amount I've discovered about myself, my body and life in general is staggering.

Like that at least 95% of supermarkets and shopping centres are for stuff we don't really need.

Watching DVD on the couch, more relaxing, cheaper, and you get to have your favorite fresh snack!

Hi guys, I'm just posting to say both "Aloha" and "I'm going raw". 

I just found the forum and website yesterday(sunday) and am spending time reading it all and getting loads of useful info, especially recipes, it's awesome.

I started on my raw journey on saturday, and am finding it fun so far, I'm blogging the experience of it too.

I'm going to do it for at least 5 weeks, and longer when I experience how good it is for me.
