This mask works wonders for your skin and is sooo easy to use.

Simply smear a generous amount of Soy Yoghurt (whatever sort is left-over in the fridge - plain, berry etc) over a clean, dry face. Lie down in a comfortable place (such as your bed) and place a cucumber slice (cold - straight from refridgerator) on each (closed) eye. You could also smear some mashed avocado on your lips while you're at it. Then simply lie back and relax while the treatment does wonders (Leave on for a minimum of say 30 minutes, or until you can feel the yoghurt really tightening). I usually make the whole experience quite enjoyable by burning some relaxing essential oils (such as lavender) in an oil-burner and playing some soft relaxing music - you might feel like never getting up!!

When ready, take the cucumber off eyes, and wash the yoghurt and avocado off in a warm shower, with final rinse being a cold one (this gets the circulation going). Pat the skin gently with a soft fluffy towel. Your skin will be glowing and incredibly smooth, eyes will be bright with little puffiness, and lips smooth!

You could even take this treatment further by exfoliating the skin in the shower before applying the mask, and you could also treat the hair at the same time by applying a treatment of equal parts of olive oil and avocado (with a few drops of essential oil if desired), you then wrap the hair in cling-wrap and rinse out when rinsing off the mask.

I try to do this about once a week, when I have time. Because the ingredients are natural, it is gentle enough to use every day.
