Hi Piers and Sheryl

Just wondering if you can give me a few ideas, on creating an Xmas spread as this will be my first, totally raw!  Thought I'd take the family to Byron Bay with a hamper and walk along the beach.  If we have time I'll drop into Santos and buy a few goodies, thanks to your advice.

Do you know where I could buy Cranberries?  Have searched the frozen section of the Supermarket but to no avail.   The dried Cranberries have been sweetened which I prefer not to have.  I'm not sure if there available on the Gold Coast.

Hi Muscles!

I've posted a couple of the recipes that I whipped up for Sheryl last thanksgiving. As most of you will know Sheryl's from Canada so we still choose to celebrate over here... Any excuse to celebrate is a great excuse in my book!   :D

You'll find them over in The Pleasurelab - Recipe Testing section of the forums (down the bottom) under "Meals".

I'd also highly recommend trying some of the "Better Than Turkey Stuffing" before it finishes dehydrating... Wow! The difference from using the fresh herbs is mindblowing!. Suffice to say we both love these! (Although the pumpkin pie is a close favourite, too!)
