Raisin Fudge

1 1/2 cup walnut (I used almonds)
1 1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup cacao powder (I used cacao nibs.. its was more crunchy)
pinch salt (tiny bit)

Thats the original recipe.. but I added some stuff for my sweet tooth...  snicker

1/2 t vanilla essence
2 T raw honey
3 soaked dates + the water

Blend everything until smooth. Press into a glass dish. Freeze or refrigerate until firm then slice. SO good!!! Very rich I'm telling you!

Hehehe.  Nooooo, yukky spots.  I like 'em only just past the green tipped stage Smiley

I had homemade buckwheat crackers for dinner with avocado, tomato and mushroom.  Not very 811 but I've been struggling with that lately so just happy to be raw.
