Squidly, your two dogs sound very cute! I can tell by your tone you have much appreciation for dogs and like me smile and enjoy heartily their antics. Please share their funny mischief with us! Thank you for your lovely wishes sent to Belle and I.
CG, I've raced out to get some film for the photographs, I don't want to miss her baby days (now I am probably sounding eccentric to some, but you dog lovers understand don't you???). Once developed I'll share the cuteness. Have you a pet CG, I think you'd make a good owner/mistress, in fact I think your very capable of spoiling some lucky little critter.
Miss M, ahhhh a self confessed dog lover! You and I are of the same ilk girl! I once had on my resume under interests and sport that I love dogs!

Do you think that might have been taking it too far? Up until now I have been satisfying myself with being a surrogate mother to my parent's dogs and neighbour's dogs (one day I'll share a story of a neighbour's dog Joe, funny!) now I have my very own to spoil.
Joss, I'm totally with you on the baby twinkle views. I've found some literature on the subject that has offered good guidance and have shared this with Marty and we are rewarding and praising Belle for her twinkles and no. 2's outside.
Now I did promise to keep ya's updated with Belle's exploits......I shared one with her recently.
Belle attempted to go down the two storey stairs at my parents place recently and made it a third way down before crouching and whimpering and edging towards the left without railing protection that threatened a nasty fall.
*Blue Nelly to the rescue* I ran down the stairs to save her but it turned into fell down the stairs whilst saving her (was lucky I didn't take her out with me!). My poor mum who witnessed the event was shrieking and shook up about her baby's fall didn't appreciate or commend the save (funny that). Now I am sporting some killer bruises that any guy would be proud of, bruises get attention! (attention is good

)
For all concerned I'm fine, just enjoying the attention whilst it's there
