Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to share and hear about any bodily changes during transition of the Raw Diet.
I have been experience some discomfort around my right ribcage. I have had ultrasounds etc to check liver and gallbladder but everything is appearing normal. Is it just my liver going into shock after all this lovely healthy eating?huh
We are stumped as to what it is! I have had a no other usual detox signs, just this. I'm not sure if it is related, however it has coincided with my journey.  I must add that it is a pleasure to be experiencing such wonderful tastes. As a vegetarian of 12 years and often commendend on my cooking, I have now began to dislike my famous recipes because they don't taste the same or as good once I started eating raw. I'm just sad that I have missed out on all the goodness from my food that I took such pride and pleasure in growing and cooking. Why go to all that trouble eating organic when you kill it off by cooking. smiley
Thanks for the inspiration to start me on my healing journey.
Thanks,
Amaluca

Hi there Amalcula and welcome!

Can't say what's happening with you personally suffice to say that everyone goes through detox symptoms differently, but to remember that in most peoples experiences detox symptoms usually seem to be temporary. It's been around 3 weeks since you posted this and so I'm curious to hear how you have fared. I know that my experience was a wide range of minor unusual responses from my body, usually clearing up within a week or two. What's been your experience so far?

Anyway, keep up the great progress.  Let us know how you go and thanks for dropping by!
