Hello, had a look where you are on the map Paquita; not so far from Adelaide. Forgive my geography! If you like you can lend my Concious Eating sometime, just the issue of getting it-distance/time...

We're going to be bringing in a load of Conscious Eating and other books in the upcoming order! If you can wait another 6 -8 weeks we'll have it here again!

It's one of my favourites, and about as content dense as you can get - it's a HUGE book!!!

Cheers,
Sheryl

Hello all,

Recently I tripped over someones ego on this site and in the process I quickly without realising it groomed & fed my own. rolleyes

hehe...a life lesson soon stood on my little self as I participated in a spirit purification ritual which I had done a couple of times before with good results. This time however a few hours afterwrds I had an unexpected ego-shattering, cathartic reaction. While in it I was consumed with one thought, this thought was so strong it threatened to undo me. At its peak I yelled as loud as possible a question expressing this thought. When I came through it I was drained so slept, dreaming of being amongst the huge pine trees that surround this cottage. In the dream I yelled the same question. The pine tree spirits told me to show respect and to ask quietly, this shook me to my core.

Almost a year ago in an intense experience, similar plant spirits taught me the power of words in everyday life.

I log on here reading yet another powerful mail by a person that I am sure brings light into many peoples lives not only my own.

Namaste Miss Bliss, your spirit shines through your words. cheesy

When I go forth without the aid of the heart I truely get lost, thank god there are others to guide the way.

Peace
Dmetri

Sweet Dmetri....I was wondering when we'd connect!  I was really feeling drawn to chatting with you just now....I feel a resonance with your words too......thank you.......

We can with self love fill our cups and then see 'others' more clearly as whole beings with full cups also ....then when the cupeths are so full they runneth over they meet, merge, mingle and tingle ..... ........

Namasplay    .......looks like a few of us are igniting the fire within, as the summery fruity season bears down upon us.....

Keep in touch....

Ahhh the ego is a funny thing,it appears as a seperate entity, something that rises from the dark depths of the soul and can often visit at most unexpected times..

You are so right Dmetri,we must deal with that accordingly,do we allow it to possess us and control every word we utter or every deed we do,or can we breathe clearly and purely putting it into perspective and realise that not everyone has to think,do,act like us or how we'd like them to ...

Once we take the "fire" out of our belly,we feel so calm and we can just BE...and let others BE themselves in whatever shape form they are,it's as though we can allow ourselves to stop fighting without ego involved...and a constant challenge it will be ever after until we fully let go and embrace love, for ourselves and others..and just breathe..

With love and peace to all..let's nurture one another..there's enough conflict going on in the world without adding more to it..

a great thought indeed and eventually it will happen.

dmetri, our pine friends are inspiring us both. on sunda;y i found myself eating a champagne melon in a tropical pine forrest in a world heritage area west of cairns.

after finishing the melon and having a bake in the sun, the clouds gathered and a massive down pour erupted from above. i packed my stuff , stripped off and layed in my birthsuit on the pine needles , absorbing the rains energy. after about an hour of constant rain, i cranked out some yoga moves, then the rain stopped and the baking sun reappeared and dried me off. i was super charged. plant electricity.

for me, a pine moment to remember .

Ahh,sunshowers in the "raw" how appropriate LOL...Smiley

Nothing like being in touch with the earth when it rains,it's nurturing our very basest needs and vitalizing our senses in a way that nothing else can....and the smell of fresh rain is incredible

will be looking forward to the next sun shower, perhaps not in my birthday suit...well not out in the back yard anyway...giggle

i would absolutely love love love to have a huge raw get together with us raw foodies..that would be so amazing(there's that word again Bliss.. rolleyes)

Hi All,
I'm Fruitbat 35/F and live in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
I've been on my journey to raw for the past 5 years and it's been a very slow but sure journey.
I'm 100% vegan and am about to take the final step to go raw.
It's been a long time coming- but what's most importantly- every change I've made along the way has been a permanent one. (everything from stopping chain smoking to drinking)
This is why I know my journey will be a successful one Smiley
Bye for now (and may you always find good fruit in season SmileySmileySmiley )
