This is one of our favourite sauces for dipping marinated and semi dehydrated broccoli into (recipe is on the forum).

Blend:
* 2 cups Avocado
* 1 cup fresh Basil (packed)
* 1 clove Galic
* 1 lemon, juiced
* Sea salt (optional, to taste)

Vary ratios to taste. Start with lots of avocado, and add more of the rest until you enjoy the flavour. The idea is a serious flavour punch (since you have just a little dipped onto each piece of vegetable). It comes out a little like mayonaisse and is very yummy!
