I've frozen mature coconut meat, it tasted okay when defrosted but lost it's texture a bit, went kind of floppy.

Ooh, I have some watermelon in the fridge at home, I think I might take a tip from this thread and juice it with some ginger tonight.

Yum - it was great RS! A beautiful pale pink colour and the spicy ginger gave it a nice flavour too.

Later I ate half a pineapple and then blended the flesh of the other half with some frozen narna Smiley
