WOW!

I have no idea where this came from. I went to make a chocolate smoothie, then as I was blending up mature coconut and water decided to use GREEN APPLE to sweeten it.

So I blended:
Mature coconut
Water
Apple

(probably equal parts of each)

Then strained it in a nut milk bag. It was amazing!!! So delicious smooth and creamy.

WOW!!! If you hvae coconuts and apple definitely give this a try.

Hello my dear,

thank you for this one.....that's about all i have left...coconut and apple, this is going to be breakfast tomorrow morning for the gang....sounds really refreshing.... i will add some greens to it.

You could use the food processor and make a lovely cereal from this too! Maybe with a little nuts or soaked dehydrated buckwheat?
