make this...
2 peaches, pitted and chopped
1 apricot, pitted and chopped
1-2c frozen blackberries
flax meal (didn't measure... probably about 1Tbsp)

blend all until smooth. share with a child then see how calm you can stay as you 2 try to figure out how to share what's left... we were pushing each other. very funny!

aw, Jen, i keep forgetting the seasonal differences! as for the 6yo, i would say you could borrow mine but there's no way i'd miss out on a trip to australia so you'd have to deal with both of us... hee
hmmm... we could probably sell tix...

I would guess that it is one or two cups but thats the beauty of raw 'recipes' - they're totally to your own taste (not like baking or something). Start off with 1/2 a cup of berries, taste, add more if you want them. smiley
