Take equal amounts of strawberries, papaya and pineapple (or which ever ones you have) together and mash them until smooth (a hand blender also works well). Add powdered kaolin clay until you have a thick paste. Pour into two bowls.

To the first bowl add some salt or sugar to make a body scrub! Rub yourself down in the shower for delightfully smooth skin.

Then pamper your skin with a mask. Spread it on thick, then lie down and relax. Feel the enzymes and nutrients enriching your skin and the clay drawing away impurities.
Kaolin clay powder is available from many health food stores. If you can’t find it substitute other clay available for masks or go without. The mask and scrub are still very beneficial without clay, but be prepared with extra towels for the mask because it can be messy!

I love smoothies!!!

Book: Eating Without Heating by Boutenko

A great recipe book written by two teenage siblings who eat raw foods. Lots of fun to read and contains colour pictures.
