For a natural raw food mask you can't ask for more than this gorgeous recipe! Living foods applied to health and beauty care is the ultimate.

Blend equal amounts of mint and parsley together and spread over your face. Lie back and relax for about 15 minutes. This mask is FABULOUS and really energizes you. It's very stimulating to the skin, and great at the end of a busy day.

For an extra enzyme boost add some paypaya (paw paw) for a delicious blend.
