Mash and banana with some honey and spread it on your face. Lie back and relax at least 15 minutes... more if possible. Then splash your face with warm water and remove the banana. Your face will feel amazing after this lovely treat!

The above makes a great breakfast too - cut up bananas, drizzle with a small amount of honey or agave (`option`al for sweetness) add a little tahini and some dehydrated sprouted buckwheat! YUM!!
