Just made a delicious Pina Colada (with no rum) but the addition of another tropical fruit...banana!

Flesh and milk of 2 baby coconuts
1 really ripe pinapple (adds more sweetness)
1-2 frozen bananas (I added this instead of ice to make the drink creamy & smooth)
Small amount of vanilla bean (for a really exotic flavour)

Add all ingredients into blender and whiz up until as smooth as you like it for a fabulous summer drink.  cheesy

Yes happy too RGNeet  cheesy,

I served it up for hubby in a tall wine glass with a peice of pineapple around the rim...could almost belive I was in the tropics rather than the middle of suburban Melbourne!
