So called RAW SUGAR is actually only white sugar, purified to 96% sucrose.
White sugar is 99% 'pure' and bleached for the white colour we all know.

Raw food `option`s for sweetening include raw unprocessed honey (for non-vegans), raw agave syrup, yacon syrup, and of course our favourites FRUIT! Just blend in dates, raisins or fruit of any kind to sweeten things. No extras required. At first it might not taste as sweet as you're used to, but over the period of about a week your taste buds will change, and you'll be surprised and delighted at how wonderful your food tastes without the sweeteners you're used to.

Lovin' life,
Sheryl
