Geeeeze, at the rate im posting in this section of the forum, anyone would think im having a baby or something!   rolleyes

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good place to get organic vegan baby nappies (washable, not disposable) in perth? or even a trusted online shop?

Actually, any organic baby clothes, bedding, maternity wear, baby shampoo/powder etc...? Am really trying to start decking out babies wardrob and bedroom, but am having a hard time finding reasonably priced organic vegan products here in perth.. but maybe im just not looking in the right places...

I know alive organics have some baby shampoos etc so i'll be sure to grab some of them, but i want to get a couple of different brands incase baby has a reaction.

Thaaaaaaanks  kiss

Our friend Nanda runs www.rhadakishore.com.au. They have amazing certified organic baby wear!

Your due date is getting closer and closer! How amazing is that!

Cheers,

Awsome Sheryl! Thanks for that! I like ordering online, but am always hesitant just in case things aren't the same as they appeared online, but that site looks great!

And yep! Its getting closer now! exactly four months to go today! hence me needing to get my butt in to gear lol

Thanks again

I didn't worry about any products on my kids when they were bubbies.  I use oatmeal in a stocking swished through the bathwater to wash them with.  Then to wash their hair, I would squeeze this out on their head and wash their hair that way.  The only thing I used on their skin was Apricot Kernel oil to massage them with.

There is a great online store at www.babyecostore.com.au.  They have a Sale section where they sell off stuff cheap.  I recently picked up a pair of organic cotton pants for my dd and they are gorgeous.  I wish I had discovered them earlier and would have bought more stuff but their range only goes up to size 1 for most things.

Have you heard about ECing (elimination communication)?  Do a google search on it and you will come up with info.

Hey jackson,  Good suggestion!

An oat bath is a tried and true naturopathic recipe for skin problems, particularly dry skin, eczema, psoriasis etc as the oats contain nutritive mucopolysaccharides that have demulscent properties, meaning that they soothe, heal and protect the skin.  What a great way to naturally cleanse your baby's skin!   x

Hi Katie,

Here's another link that might be useful.

http://www.natureschild.com.au/

Jannine who runs the company is exquisite and very passionate about what she does.

I've been to their HQ in Byron a number of times with a friend who (at the time) had a newborn.
