This is my favourite so far:

1/4 coconit oil
1/4 cacao butter
1/2 cacao powder

Sweeten to taste with your favourite raw sweetener

I remelted it in the dehydrator to make it nice and glossy and spooned it into the new chocolate moulds (molds?) I bought. I filled some only 1/3 full and added chopped frozen blueberries and raspberries to them, then topped up. After about 30 minutes in the freezer they were firm, and popped out easily. Shiny gorgeous chocolate! My parents who are visiting loved them!!! For my dad I even mixed peanut butter into one small batch (he loves that). And yes I did bring in some of their favourite foods into the house (pitas, peanut butter etc). They are trying and loving our food, and I want to make them feel as welcome as I can.
