This comes out just like jam! You can probably use other dried fruits in stead, to suit.

Cranberry Sauce / Jam

2 C fresh cranberries (not likely in Oz, so dried with extra water will do!)
1 orange
1 apple
1 C dates
water for consistency

Process cranberries, orange, apple and dates in a blender and serve.

Good news Muscles!

Frozen cranberries are now available at larger Coles and all Woolworths grocery stores across Australia!! Watch for Creative Gourmet Cranberries; if they're not on the shelf please see the freezer manager who should be able to let you know when more stock is due.

This brand is packed in New Zealand and are imported by Foodland Aust Ltd.

YAHHH!! Just in time for Christmas!
