Mmmmm...... I made this last night and only shared 2 spoonfuls with Piers.

* 1 small durian (I used a frozen organic D24)
* Raspberries (to make up 1/4-1/3 of final mixture)

Open durian, take flesh off seeds.

1. Add raspberries to durian flesh so you have about 1/4 - 1/3 of the total mixture as raspberries.
2. BLEND! I used a small hand blender. If you were making more you could use a food processor or blender.
3. Form into a cake shape and eat (or eat as ice cream). The texture is so beautifully smooth and delicious. I am one to never use durians in recipes (they are too precious) but even Piers agreed this was delicious.

Total cost was about $8 for dessert, but trust me every cent is worth it!

Enjoy,
Sheryl
