While looking fot an updated version of "The Miracle Nutrient: Coenzyme Q-10," by Emile G. Bliznakov, MD, I stumbeled across these two:

For me, they are must buys. Whether I ever find time to read them is another matter entirely. One probably has nothing to do with Co Q-10; the other probably does.

www.woodlandpublishing.com normally publishes small booklets approximately 5.5 x 8 .125 inches, thinner then most magazines, for distribution via health food stores. These two titles should be closer to full size.

Few, thinking in terms of weight instead of content, realize the quality of these concise little gems. Flab is stripped away, if you'll pardon the expression, leaving only the "meat." Top self-health authors are tapped, as well as experts within a field. Stephen T. Sinatra, an internationally recognized heart specialist, for instance, wrote the Coenzyme Q-10 booklet up for grabs in the "Free Booklets" thread. Woodland titles are in the hundreds.
