This was so yummy!!!

Lettuce
Dulse flakes
Grated carrot
Grated zucchini (my new favourite in salads)
Raisins
Parsley
Olive water (just a splash)
Juice of 1 lemon
Kernels from 1 cob of corn

It was delicious!!! I am feeling so inspired with my salads lately.. we're been having two large ones a day!

Mmm Sheryl, sounds good. I love grated carrot in salad - we have a really fine/small holed graterso the carrot  comes out almost pureed and i grate it over the top - with orange or lemon juice, it's the only dressing i need!
