My, what a warm and friendly place this forum is!
Kind of like I imagine Auz to be.

I am an intuitive eater, not 100% raw, but I'm not ruling it out for the future.
Right now I am drawn to eating mostly fruit and salad.
Looking around the web for ideas to increase raw in my diet.
