Avocado Romaine Boats

You may want to eat these over a large plate or somewhere what can be easily cleaned! These are a delicious, quick and medium-light meal. We usually serve 2-3 to a plate with a garnish. Enjoy!

2 Grapefruit - peeled, seeded and segmented
6 Shallots or 1 white onion - sliced finely
1/2 tsp chilli - dried and crushed
juice of 4 limes
1 Avocado - cut into chunks
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Wrap mixture with leaves of fresh romain lettuce and eat with your fingers!
