Thanks Eve. I've been making the smoothies the last few days. My daughter loves them and my son is willing to try them but hasn't appreciated one yet! My daughter likes my smoothies more when they have the soaked almonds in them too.

Have a great evening! Or day...

Mornin' Jennie,

I'm also new to raw and also having some balance problems, which also started about a month after i went 100% raw. The best advice is probably to increase your raw intake gradually as opposed to going 100%. I've just started consuming a little processed food to balance out.

It's tough to go 100% raw, when intellectually you want to but physically the body is still adapting and adjusting.

Ps. I know how much sugar binges suck. I assume it is caused by an insustainable diet.

Let me know how you go.

Hi Bob_Brown,

I haven't been doing too badly. 'I had my first would have been all raw if I had all the ingredients' yesterday. I had some supermarket nori and olives to finish.

Mostly I'm feeling ok! Emotionally I'm 100% on what I was already.

I've started a post in the journal section with everything I eat each day in it. It helps me keep track.

I read all of the raw trasformation stories here one this site. Tehy really helped me. Especially Gary's story when it comes to the body cleanout information.

Thanks for your reply.

xoxo

hehe neet i think bob means balance as in balancing his life/emotions etc, not  as in walking straight!  cheesy
But then rebounding's probably great for that too!

Thanks guys.

Yeah, i was more talking about balancing diet wise. I've been falling into a few mad binges after some of my longer days. Hmm rebounding, Leslie Kenton talks alot about that, what kind of equipment can i get in the Canberra ish area? Althought i can't imagine workin' up a sweat on it.

I went to the barber today, check out my new hair  afro

He he! Funny Bob!

You can buy rebounders at most sport shops. Look to spend at least $80. If you go cheap it's like bouncing on a concrete floor! If you have space buy a small trampoline instead.. they have the most amazing bounce that you only find in the $500 rebounders (yes they do make them that expensive!).

Bounce bounce bounce... let's see what your hair looks like after a session with Janita on the rebounder!! It may never look the same.

Cheers,
Sheryl

Hi Jenniem,

So glad to hear that all is going well!  Raw is great.  I'll scoot over and read your journal.
