I lost 16kgs over about 6 months when I first went High Raw a couple  of years back and kept it off.  Then I went overseas at the beginning of this year and couldn't stay Raw, then came home and had a "patch Raw" diet, and wasn't very active during winter...ended up put 6kgs back on.

So...with a reinvigorated High Raw food diet and an some regular exercise ...I've lost the 6 kgs again Smiley  Feel much better for that  Smiley (Thanks for the cyber-support here  Smiley)
