Hi all!

How about this mixture - This is one of my more delicious experiments:
* 1 medium beetroot
* 3 medium carrots
* ½ Avocado
* 1 banana
* 1 apple
* 1 small fennel bulb
* 1 cup optional: Sprouts, e.g. lentils
* Ginger
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 teaspoon optional: Guarana
* water

Juice the carrots, the beetroot, the apple, the fennel bulb, the spouts, the ginger
Parallel mix the avocado, the banana, the honey and enough water to get it smooth.
At the end add the juice, mix very short and drink.

For owners of the powermixers: It should also work if you put everything directly into the mixer. The only drawback would be that you loose some vitamins due to the hig rotation speed.
