Got some photos to post of our dinner last night, just gotta wait til my friend emails them to me. And yes, it was deelish! With coconut juice to top it off...mmm, mmm.

Party sounds great and if anyone hears of any jobs that may suit the Lou factor, then give us a shout!! Maybe Adelaide is next on the cards? Not sure as yet, but maybe, just maybe...

Can't wait to see ya photos Lou! No worries.. the door is open for you any time Smiley

Jennie, did you try the photo trick? hehe

Arwen.. the bologanise recipe was easy! From memory...

1) Spiral zuchinni for pasta
2) Grate carrot (I used a food processor to get it really fine)
3) Make an olive sauce, which is just a handful of black olives with two tomatoes, whisked in the blender to make the sauce)
4) Add sauce to pasta, with carrot.. easy!

Yes, I think that was it! haha... so yum though! And fun to eat, esp. with the spaghetti... yumm!!

Hi Pea,

Thanks for posting your delish looking recipe. I have a question for you. When you make zucchini pasta, do you dehydrate it or anything? I've made it a few times and always end up with a big puddle of liquid at the bottom of my bowl.

Jen -  drain the zucchini in a lettuce spinner, or on paper towel before you serve, to get all the water out   x

drain the sauce?? you want some liquid in your sauce! Smiley well at least, i do!

no, i don't drain the zuchinni or dehydrate it.. dont own one. do you have liquid at the bottom of your bowl from the sauce? or just the zucchini? i don't have any liquid from the zuchinni, just straight pasta (well, curly! haha).

I think I usually squeeze my zucchini.

Umm, I had trouble getting my photos on...haven't tried for a few days though. But decided to change my face into a yummy thai salad for a while :D. Hope you can still see me smiling through :D

This is probably similar to your salad Jen.

Young thai coconut cut into strips (my now favorite pasta)
Cucumber, finely sliced
Fresh Coriander
Red capsicum, finely diced
Cherry tomatoes, chopped

Whip up a quick sauce with some of the flesh and water of the young coconut and add some chilli. (could have the coriander in the sauce or just torn in the salad)

And down the rest of the lovely liquid...mmm, mmm :D
