[easy raw wrap

* One cos lettuce leaf (they are long like mountain bread used for wraps)
* spread of your choice (i like hommus)
* veggies of choice e.g sliced tomoato, cucumber, grated carrot, sprouts

1. Now lay the leaf down and spread the spread of your choice up the centre of the leaf to whatever thickness you chose.

2. Next layer your veggies over the top of that

3. Then wrap the lettuce leaf around the contents and eat like a wrap or kebab - yummy and very quick!!

Mmmmm...

One of our favourites! We also love using thin cabbage leaves which give it a nice "crunch" and are highly alkalising.

Thanks for the tip Squidly!

Another nice filling!

Ground flax (grind fresh for best taste and nutrition)

Put in a food processor, then mix in some fresh tomatoes, tahini and water, then add sea salt and spices to taste. Keep it thick and it's a nice solid 'nugget' that doesn't even need dehydrating. Seeds are much easier to digest that nuts too.

Piers and I try to include lots of flax in our diet, however lately it seemed that it had disappeared from our daily life. It's back now!!!

Cheers,
Sheryl
