This is hardly rocket science...but I made tabouli tonight with cauliflower instead of the burghul (sp?) wheat.  DH couldn't tell the difference and we chomped away happily.

Actually, I was going to prepare something else for him to have with it (potatoes or something) but when I came down from putting my daughter to sleep, he'd already eaten and prepared my dinner too...just tabouli with some avocado slices...YUMM...so he's getting more into Raw without realising it :D

This is a sinch to make as you can just throw the cauliflower, parsley, mint, cucumber in food processor, and only need to chop the tomatoes by hand and throw on some salt/pepper, olive oil/lemon juice dressing.
