Hi, my name's Angela and I overcame morbid obesity by adopting a mainly raw food lifestyle. I used to weigh 21stone/294lbs/133kg, but am now a happy and healthy 10st2/144lbs/64kg since adopting this way of life.

Hi Raweform,

Haven't heard from you for a while.  How are things going?  How did you find out about the raw lifestyle and how long did it take to loose your weight?  What other things do you find great about raw food apart from loosing weight?

I tried raw food to loose weight but found that it had many other benefits such as feeling more content and having much more energy to enjoy life.
