I've just made flax seed crackers in the dehydrator.  THey came out well...I love the thin crispy texture...but the flavour could be improved I thought..

So what is everyone's favourite cracker recipe?  (seed based or otherwise)

I'll turn anything into a cracker. A base of tomato and soaked sunflower seeds with LOTS of spices and a little flax to bind is great. We use lots of celery, onions, tomato and herbs. Each batch is different! Lots of vegetables really add to flavour, and sea salt adds a nice edge. You can also sneak in some greens!

So you think vegie-based crackers are nicer than seed based?  Basically just blend up whatever & dehydrate, right??
