Hey everyone,

I've been researching as always and came across some amazing testimonies and quite a few mention that they recommend people get away from drinking filter water out from the common tap.

Because even though the filter does filter to an extent.  It doesn't remove all the chemicals that are present in water to clean it in the first place.
That and the high floride etc.

So alot of people swear by the water distiller.  And that people can purchase them overseas from America or buy distilled water from local supermarket.

Is that true that buying distilled water from Bilo or Fooland or Coles is drinkable??

I remember dad always buying it for the car!!!  And I remember asking him if we could drink it and he said...NO WAY.... It'll kill ya.
Is that true?
I know dad wasn't joking.  He thought it was a stupid question.  But then he's an avid meat and two veg supporter.

I'm just concerned and wondering if anyone here had done the same and bought a distiller or did you just drink rainwater or filtered out of your kitchen tap?

i'll start out by saying that i really havent read enough on this subject to claim any sort of authority (i would really like to though... too many books, too little money to get them all at once lol), but i was listening to an interview with Don Jansen the other day and this subject came up and he expressed the opinion that distilled water is "dead", rather like cooked food, and for water with true vitality and life you should be drinking spring water. which suits me just fine. it tastes better anyway.
