I've just been asked another question.

"Which is better to store raw foods in...? . Glass, plastic, metal or wood containers?

And should we cut all our fruits and veggies with metal knives or marble ones?  Or sharpened wooden knives?

I have to giggle...cos I'm not only not sure about all this but I'm wondering as humans...do we get abit obsessive about what to do and use?
Or is there really something to all of this?

I'm too new and inexperienced to give advice.  I'll leave it up to those who know and have the experience..
