Sounds great!  I did a kind of "Rice" dish with sprouted barley, but also want to try the sprouted wild rice.

Just so you guys know,

Wild rice, although often used by raw foodists around the world is one of those items like maple syrup that is *extremely* rarely raw. In fact we've only EVER seen it raw once. Raw wild rice is actually still green or pale yellow. Its only when its heated that it goes black.

Having said that, its still many times better than just about any other kind of rice you can buy in terms of minerals and nutrients. As always the best test of whether something is truly still raw and living is can you grow the original plant from it. Plant a raw almond and you'll get an almond tree. Plant a roast almond and you'll just get mould and decay. What will happen when you soak wild rice and leave it? Find out and let us know! We'd love to find a great source of living wild rice in Australia and share it with the australian raw food scene!

Cheers
