In the last five years I seem to have accelerated my aging so swiftly.

I feel about 90 most of the time.

I don't want a quick fix, I want long term health benefits...I know the drill, I know what I have to do...i have begun the raw changes, I incorporate yoga, walking and occasional swimming into my life.

I know I need to go to bed earlier...

However I wonder if anyone could give me a few tips on other immediate actions I could take...I drink 2litres of water daily, but the wrinkles have suddenly taken off in a weird and horrible way. I've never been a smoker, but within months I look rubbish,

Admittedly the raw diet is new, and I KNOW I will reap benefits untold from this...but if anyone has any suggestions to stop me looking like an old hag, I would LOVE to hear from you.

do not despair the raw food diet will help a lot with your skin.
Your skin will improve tremendously and you will notice the changes in about two months..
If you are able to use comfrey in your mouisturizer, it is miracously so good to the skin.
If you can do and infusion of comfrey and almond oil it is very beneficial on your skin.

Hi Francesca,

First, congrats on getting the ball rolling...

Yes the skin is a toxin eliminator (it's often referred to as the "third kidney" in certain circles -- can't remember where).

Have you tried skin brushing?  If not, I'd recommend it -- especially for the face -- to help eliminate the skin cells that are dying off...I've recently tried skin brushing on the face and after a couple of weeks I could see a difference...

Body skin brushing may help as well to help shed your old skin..

Sleep is vital...sweating daily moving your body is vital..
PMAR(positive mental attitude regardless)-thanks Harls...is vital...
water is vital....
loving yourself as you are right now is vital...
hanging with like minded crew is vital..

whichever way you choose to live and eat and interact with others..love it,enjoy every moment of it...cos if you dont..you are just going to get average average average..and looking at you  girl, you are anything but average..i see you beauty it is there it is ready to shine through like a beacon...to show others this is the way..hey..another perfect day!!

Severina I couldn't believe the question.  The instant I saw your avatar I thought "Wow!  She's gorgeous looking!"

But if you're actually 12, yes, you have aged a bit Wink

My skin has gone rather dry since being raw - 4 months almost - but I'm hanging in there, hoping it will fix itself up soon as everyone says it will.  And I trust them!  I think mine is also partly through the weight lost as well, have you lost much?

I hope we both get beautiful moist glowing young skin really soon anyway.

best skin ive seen is on long time raw vegans that boycott cosmetics..

stress;ie being in a relationship or employment that has served its purpose and we are itching to move on or getting frustrated that they dont get it (most never do..)

being overwhelmed at how the world is run and lies n fries on every street corner...your purpose is not to get overwhelmed its to get keen , lean n mean and be the change you want to see...

added salt is a killer too.
where you think the word 'ol salty' came from?
salt is used to preserve things. it shuts down enzyme activity. its common knowledge in the modelling industry to avoid salt before photo shoots..

Are you a Cancerian Severina?

You are beautiful, and you certainly don't look as much as 35 - I'd have guessed 28.

I am Virgoan Smiley

The photograph is a flattering one too, I don't like having my picture taken. I used to be a model and it really took the wind out of my sails in that area. I have only about three photos of myself these days...

Laughing.  I mistook not liking having your photo taken for a shy little Cancerian.

I've gone the other way, I always detested cameras and avoided them at all costs as they always confirmed my worst fears - I was fat and ugly.  But as I've blossomed and grown and gained confidence I don't mind having my picture taken at all and the camera reflects that too.  Most odd as it's still the face that used to be ugly but now it isn't!!!

I hope you gain your confidence back - you deserve to!!!
