I'd forgotten about these! Bill asked for some this week and I hear that kale chips in Adelaide have been very popular this year as well!

Jen darling, I've been wanting to make these ever since I first joined - you posted the recipe right at the start of my raw journey but I've only just been able to get me some kale! Thank goodness for veggie patches. lol.
I made your exact recipe last night not sure what to expect... but oh my, these are so good!! I'm not surprised you and Sheryl ate 3 bunches in one sitting - I could have done that on my own laugh Thanks so much for sharing your creations :mwah:

Hullo gawgess! Thank you for your appreciation. They are the best things aren't they! I've noticed that you have taken an interest in 811 as well. These can easily be made without the nuts. Sheryl and I did some other ones just with a little lemon juice and salt and they were tasty too. (I know salt's not 811 but at lower in fat.... brownie points for me.)

Hi!! As it happens, I made some nut-free/salt-free ones today laugh and some more nut ones too coz the others were just too good. Yeah, I'm curious about 811 but going with the flow. More wanting to feel tip top Smiley

What a great idea!

I just happened to get three bunches of kale yesterday at the food co-op, so just whipped these up and have them dehydrating at present, looking forward to having them, used some of the dressing on my salad for dinner, two of my kids loved the dressing as well Smiley

thank you
