hey everyone!  i'm new to this board, got the web site name from the living-foods site that i regularly post on.  i've been travelling for the last month (and i have one more month to go!) but i've spent the last 2 weeks in australia, and my trip is winding down.  anyways, i'll be in sydney from the 28th to 1st of july by myself, and i was wondering if anyone was free then to maybe show me around and just keep me company for a while.  i'm feeling very homesick and lonely and could do for a few good friends for the days that i am here.  and no worries, you don't have to be scared - i'm just a small rawie - 21yrs old.  this would mean so much to me, thanks everyone!  my mate and i decided to splurge on a hostel tonight with free internet, but i should be able to check my mail again in a couple of days.  first time paying for accomodation in a month!  i just couldn't sleep in the car again with all this rain...plus, need a good nights rest for blue mountains tomorrow!
peace and love,
alia

The Hippocrates Diet and Health Program

Anne Wigmore has repeatedly pointed out how our modern "nutrition less" diet of convenience foods is a prime cause of illness and being overweight - a fact that is only now being confirmed by the American medical community.
