Hi there guys!

Yep, you guessed it...on the 28/06/1981 a baby girl with masses of dark hair entered the world that had many special assignments in front of her. She didn't realise then as she does now how much the raw food lifestyle would chase her down until she embraced it with open arms...inspiring others to embark on this inspiring journey. She has always been taught that her body was a special blessing from God that she needed to look after it. She now knows that eating food in its most unprocessed natural form is the best way. Thus her journey continues to try new things and experiment...desiring to help as many people as she can to realise how possitively delicious and rewarding it is to eat and live this way!

So on my 24th birthday my friend made me a delicous fresh juice, followed by a yummy muesli.

Soaked oat groats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
with hazel nuts, brazil nuts, fresh strawberries, cinnamon, honey and fresh orange juice.

I've also been munching on some nuts, seeds and an apple.

My lunch is already waiting for me in the fridge.

Living Garden Burgers on a bed of...

Finely sliced cabbage
Grated cabbage
Finely diced red onion
Mung beans

 and a yummy dressing

1 T raw honey
1/2 c apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic (oops I forgot it)
1-2 T tahini
Herbs as desired, fresh is good
celtic salt and pepper to taste (if desired)

My plan for tea is...

Vegetable kebabs with banana & chilli dressing or a curry sauce

Strawberries N Cream Tarts! Yum! Haven't tried them yet...but they sound possitively delicious!

Hey what do you think about these ideas, I need some feedback. I'm planning to move to Geraldton in the next week or so and would like to run some food demos maybe in the local health food shop, then get a group together to meet regularly and focuss on a different topic each time.

I jotted down these ideas a few days ago.

Facing the Winter Blues
Stop! Sweet Tooths No Longer Need to Feel Guilty
A Box of Tricks (lunch box ideas)
Platters For All Occasions
Energy In A Bottle

and the list goes on. Hopefully you can grasp where I'm heading without me having to spell it out. I had a lot of fun!

Sheryl and Piers...I will be mentioning you guys wherever I go...you're doing a fantastic job, thank you.

And anybody who has not yet tried the cacao nibs...you MUST! Any chance of getting them in a larger size?

:jumprope: It's such a beautiful day in Perth I must get out and breath in the delicious air.

well...its kinda funny Smiley

I didn't end up having my garden burgers and salad coz I was full on a banana and linseed smoothie. Then I went shopping for ingredients. Got back at 4. As I was making the dessert I nibbled at it, coz I was hungry then. So when my friend got home, we decided to skip the kebabs and just have dessert! How fun! Banana icecream goes down really well with marinated strawberries I've discovered!

To marinate, mix together
Thinly sliced strawberries
*Honey
*Lemon juice

*equal parts of both

Got lots to do today, but will try to find some dessert recipes and mains for my 2 sisters. Can't help everyone else and neglect them can I? If anyone has any ideas how to introduce more veges into a meat eating male, please let me know Smiley

Had a fantastic day today!

Went to a shop that sells only certified organic produce today. It was the BEST! They took my resume, but don't have any work at the moment. BUT one of the workers there has a farm that could do with a wwoofer (which is ala me Smiley. But interestingly enough I have already booked my bus to Geraldton tonight. So I'm going to give it to God and pray about where I'm meant to be. I'll keep you posted.

I've done a lot of walking today, which is great!

Was planning to bike ride to a herb farm/naturopathic clinic this arvo, but I still have to finish packing so I can be ready to leave in 2hrs...hmm, ah the joys and excitment of being a last minute annie! :D
