I have been meaning to post this esp for May. I have been using RP as a soap in the shower mmmm MAd results this is the first time in winter that I have summer skin( not that I get really dry ) ....but simply wet the body abit extra warm  and rub the bar of cacao on the body like soap ...take care slipping wise in the shower though...havent tried it in the bath yet no time for baths I am affraid .

It feels devine May and it lasts a longgg time too.

Let me firstly tell you that I think you are a champ I loveee your posts! XXXX

YOu know the cacao butter that RP sells the big chunks that we melt to use as yummy treats well i have been using that like a bar of soap in the shower for a realll treat!

I have been dry body brushing say for a good 5 min then hop into the shower with warm water and take a good size chunk in you hands a use as you would your sopa bar . Easy peezy just wet it abit in warm water to get it sliding do it for a few days and you will notice a difference . I do physi bare feet and my feet are abit more dryer under the soals and no amount of mpiturizer with bedsocks did it except cacao butter!

You aren't the only one addicted to kale chips! Poor Sheryl, I got her started and she went through a ridiculous amount of kale last week. 18 bunches or something! I think some were for a friend though. Oh yum. They are sooooo good!

Damn BB, I just threw out my Besan about a week or two ago! But like you said it's cheap and what a gentle exfoliation it would give!n
