Hi all - wondering if anyone here is into tongue diagnosis? I have not had it done for years now, and haven't had it done since doing the raw thing...my tongue has always looked cracked and furrowed since I was little (I remember my Dad commenting on it when I was about 5-6 years old) and I was wondering if it might change as a result of raw. I would love for the cracks to disappear.

So my question is...has anyone had positive tongue diagnosis change after doing raw for some time?

Hmmmm...I don't have one, I'm just imagining going into a shop and stripping down in front of a full length mirror...perhaps a clothing store with dressing rooms would be a better choice than a mirror shop?!?

Yeah - I hear what you are saying, and I fully agree. I still want a tongue without cracks on it though! I guess I'm not after an actual tongue diagnosis as such, more an actual report of someone who has had an unhealthy looking tongue return to smooth pink health!

Hi Meg,

Below are some links on tongue diagnosis-type info that may be of interest (I came across them on an oil-pulling forum):

http://www.chinesemedicinesampler.com/diagtongue.html
http://www.ion.ac.uk/tongue.htm

In addition, here's an interesting link that gives you an interactive intro to tongue diagnosis:

Tongue Diagnosis link

Quite a few people who oil pull on www.curezone.com have reported clearing up their tongues...haven't seen a report involving cracks but I've seen people say their tongues were white and then became pink again after oilpulling...

the beauty of my travels is that im meeting people of all walks of life and eating beliefs in person. i get to see what works for some and what never works for anyone..lol!

my conclusion on how to perfect a tongue is same how to perfect health. live as clean and natural as we feel is worth it. do as much as we are prepared to do and we will reap same. we do more, we get more.

real actions get real results.

I keep on doing what I'm doing then...it seems to be improving every other area of my being, logic says that my tongue is on my body's 'to do' list somewhere.
