loved the links ta..i will be getting me a pair of those five fingers too awesome..had an awesome run today,it was hell windy(winds of change),down a rough gravel track into a national park,then through rocks and onto a completely secluded beach...not a soul in sight...i was able to do my EFT and talk to myself in complete peace...and what peace i felt,the tranquility and bliss of the ocean...

I HAVE THE STRAPLESS BUT I SHOULD HAVE GONE FOR STRAPS AS THEY ARE THE NEWER MODEL the elastic is pretty tight on my insteps as i have high ones, so the straps ones are adjustable and maybe they keep junk out of em better and are more versitile such as for climbing and watersport, running with these is certainly a better workout, i dont like standing around in them on cement though makes my heels sore, otherwise an awesome experience,i'll never go back to regular shoes for running www.posetech.com  a MUST see FREE 2 hr movie for everyone AT www.zeitgeistmovie.com
