Raisin Fudge 1 1/2 cup walnut (I used almonds) 1 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup cacao powder (I used cacao nibs.. its was more crunchy) pinch salt (tiny bit) Thats the original recipe.. but I added some stuff for my sweet tooth...  1/2 t vanilla essence 2 T raw honey 3 soaked dates + the water Blend everything until smooth. Press into a glass dish. Freeze or refrigerate until firm then slice. SO good!!! Very rich I'm telling you!
