YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! I do love watermelon (dark green with the seeds) it's got to be my all time favourite fruit ever.

Excellent choice( and a excellent source of lycopene too)!

I just thought I share this recipe with all you lovely plp!

Feel Good Mexican Chilli

Grind Cacao nibs(approx 100g) with chilli pwd to a fine pwd. Add s / d tomatoes(little), 100g org almonds(germinated), handful of soaked sunflower seeds, hemp seeds and raw carrot. Process and serve with raw spinach or f / l parsley.

I was feeling a little pre-menstrual today and the chilli / cacoa combo cheered me up, hence the name!

BON APPETITO!

Lemon Sherbet Surprize( reminiscent of lemon sherbet of by gone days / childhood) A light, zesty and refreshing dessert to cleanse the palate. For those with a ardent and profound 'sweet-tooth' please feel free to adapt the recipe by adding more medjool dates; the good thing about this recipe is there is no waste as you use the nutritious pith too(valuable source of bioflavonoids).

3 organic and unwaxed lemons(zest and pith, all except seeds)
3 ripe avocadoes
6 medjool dates* see note above and adjust according to personal preference

This dish offers just a hint of sweetness*, vitamins c and e and good fats from the avacadoes.

Adapted from a Gillian Mc Keith recipe

BON APITITO!

I need someone to uncook for me, I really do!  And I nominate... Garfield!!! yahh  Your recipes are so different, yet sound so yummmm.  That Feel Good Mexican Chilli sounds particularly intrigueing.

I'm eating my current favourite, chopped bananas and strawberries in a bowl with a little agave drizzled over.

It would be a pleasure and sheer privilege to uncook for you beautiful May(anytime sweetie)!

I feel blessed as hubby really loved the 'feel -good chilli' as he's a junk-food addict veggie(Pizza Hut).

The light and yet refreshing dessert went down well too.

I've been munching on Granny Smith apples and germinated almonds, YUM!

You're fruity meal sounds yummy(nice combo berries and nana)!

Yum Garfield, you are quite the uncook!

Just munched down 6 juicy lemonades...

Earlier had a picnic with Steveabe and we had swiss brown mushies topped with date, peruvian olives, cherry toms and iceberg lettuce...nice combo & the mushies were so juicy
