garfield22 - just spotted your carrot recipe half an hour ago and it's fantastic! Whipped it up for my son (didn't soak the sesame seeds!) and he LOVED it! I'm so pleased as I find it hard to get him to eat sesame seeds.

Sweet Potato & Goats Cheese Quiche.
Bacon & Egg Tart.
Potato & Bacon Creamed Salad.
Caramel Chocolate Kiss.
Belgium Chocolate.
White Wine.
Red Wine.

A truly spectacular (and gorgeous tasting) fall off the raw wagon.

Well it was..........

I now feel really sick, stuffed and bloated. Let's hope I make it through the night without bumping into my mate Ralph !!!

It was absolutely gorgeous going down, but not so nice coming back up at 4am this morning!

Unique

I am feeling ashamed and sorry for myself today and only have myself to blame.

RawNaturopathJen, the Heaven in a Glass smoothie sounds like a great raw cure, I think I’ll join you.

Ah don't worry KittyKat, we all fall off the wagon at some stage! My whole life has been up & down like that but I now realise that everyone's life is like that & it may sound like a cliche but it will make u stonger, you are heading in the right direction that's all that matters, as AR would say 'your past doesn't equal your future' and the decision u make right now in this moment is what matters.... if I didn't have those slips ups I wouldn't be where I am now, happy & energetic, that thought always comforts me :-)....
